Pasture-Raised Tamworth Pork

The Tamworth pig is a long, lean, red-coated heritage breed known for being rugged, active, and excellent foragers, with long snouts and legs adapted for outdoor life, producing high-quality, flavorful bacon from its muscular frame, though they are a smaller, rarer breed than commercial hogs. They have distinctive ginger-red fur, erect ears, and are valued for their hardiness and docile, intelligent temperament, making them ideal for pasture-based systems.

Our pork is born and bred on the farm and then processed with a local butcher. All of our sausage is cured with a house mixed seasoning blend and is MSG free. This pork is completely free of additives, synthetic hormones and vaccines.
